CHIP (Changing How Individuals Prosper) started due to the lack of visibility and representation of Black and Latinx financial professionals in the financial services industry. CHIP is a financial technology platform that aims to help consumers of all backgrounds easily access financial professionals of color. Our goal is to ensure that consumers of financial products, i.e., retirement plans, investments, insurance, and those with estate planning needs, have a platform to become financially educated while helping them to find creditable professionals.
