Tameka Bland began her career as a professional hair stylist in 2002. Her love for hair was developed at an early age and she believed it was the avenue to take her to greater things including entrepreneurship and a way to give back to the community. TaMeka recently embarked on another journey developing a mobile app that caters to the community by way of fresh produce, grocery, restaurant, and floral delivery. This app will initially focus on the West-End of Louisville which is an underserved community repeatedly ignored by national delivery apps. In addition to the app; a concierge service that caters to the needs of small business owners

Temeka Norris

Working exclusively in spinal cord injury for over ten years, the constant lifting and turning of patients was taking a toll on my body. I searched the market, and couldn't find a garment that would assist me with lifting my patients. I created the Capable pant for all of my patients, and we both loved them. I secured the Utility and Design Patent on the design of the pant, and now I'm ready to bring my dream to market.

Ourside is disrupting the $57B fragrance category through their unique offerings at the intersection of luxury, inclusivity and clean beauty . Prior to founding the brand while a student at Harvard Business School, Keta honed her skills at KraftHeinz and Carnival Cruise Lines, where she led and transformed multimillion dollar business units.

Her journey includes notable roles in brand strategy at Oracle, consumer brand marketing for iconic digital brands like Transformers and My Little Pony at Hasbro, and significant contributions to beloved global brands during her tenure at Kraft Foods. Orion's impressive academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Chicago and an MBA from Duke University. Beyond her career, she's an avid traveler and a devoted food enthusiast, always seeking the best of both worlds.
