Via Carpenter is the founder and owner of Via's Cookies, a company making delicious cookies that people with and without food restrictions can enjoy. She donates a percentage of her profits to struggling minority college students, effortlessly blending sweet treats with social justice. In addition to her baking, she is a public speaker, muralist, teacher, and model.
