Hi, I’m Marcella and I’m the Founder of The Root Remedy. I started the brand during the pandemic as a way to help manage my mental and emotional health. I noticed that there was a lack of diversity in health and beauty brands on the shelves so I created one.

With a background in Tech and Marketing, I used her strengths in design, market research, and strategy to build an organic online community that felt true to my values as a Founder. Diversity, inclusivity, and mental health advocacy for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ members are just to name a few. We plan to be the ultimate self-care destination for millennials who want an easy way to take control of their health and beauty routine from the inside out. At The Root Remedy, beauty starts from within.
