The mental health world needs BIPOC. The experiences of black men in America are so complex—being able to have someone who speaks your language and can see the world through your eyes without you having to teach them your language and paint your world for them (white and non black POC) is the way things need to happen. Dr. Norton also creates content that relates across generations and genders. Truly a doctor for the people. He deserves to win.
