Nimi Fafowora is the founder and owner of The Beem Box, a beauty subscription box for BIPOC which has been recognized in various media outlets, including Elle and Cosmo. As the founder of The Beem Box, Nimi wears many hats and oversees supply chain, sales, strategic planning and more.

She started The Beem Box to create a community that admires and acknowledges those who are often left out of the beauty conversation, and to provide well-suited makeup products for deeper and darker skin tones. Before starting the brand, Nimi has worked in various engineering fields from electronics, to aerospace, to tech.
