Melissa Lamarre (Mel) is a serial entrepreneur by nature, starting her first business at 15 years old. She started making hand beaded jewelry and transitioning that into styling fashion shows. From there she combined her writing and marketing skills to form Workaholix Media Consulting, providing public relations consulting for entertainers and businesses. After graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and Communications. Melissa obtained her real estate salesperson license in NY. Within 2 months, she was promoted to Operations Manager at EXR Group Realty. It is no coincidence that the beginning of Melissa’s real estate career and the creation of Hair Crack coincide, as they were the first steps in her ult
