I'm a startup founder, marketing and communications leader, and multidisciplinary designer with more than twenty years of experience leading creative strategy, digital marketing, brand storytelling, product design, and community-focused initiatives.
My work sits at the intersection of accessibility, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology. As a neurodivergent founder, I build with a human-first lens. I care deeply about the people who are often overlooked or underserved in business, especially small business owners who feel overwhelmed by technology and unsupported in their journey.
I created Shophand to change that. We give non-techie small business owners an easier way to adopt AI and modern tools, combining AI employees, workflow guidance, human implementation support, and funding tools into a single platform.
My passion for sustainability also shapes how I design products, platforms, and digital experiences. I believe the tools we create should not only solve problems but also contribute to healthier communities, mindful growth, and more equitable opportunities for everyone.
I bring a collaborative leadership style that centers empathy, clarity, and psychological safety. I'm proud of the work I have done across Detroit in creative placemaking, small business support, youth mentorship, civic storytelling, economic development, and community-centered design. Outside of my work, I am raising an incredible teen and continuing to build a life rooted in creativity, purpose, and impact.
My goal is to keep creating content, companies, art, and digital experiences that empower people, uplift small businesses, and support a more sustainable and connected future.
